In Episode #45 of the Chaos Campus Live Show, Erika Ruiz joined Nikos Nikolopoulos for a conversation around architectural visualization, photography and storytelling.

As the founder of PLEM | visual tales, Erika’s practice moves between architecture, CGI and photography, exploring how images can do more than represent a space — they can create atmosphere, suggest narratives and shape the way architecture is experienced. The conversation touched on the path from architecture and engineering into visualization, the role of photography in developing a visual language, and the relationship between technical craft and personal expression. It was also an opportunity to talk about the less visible side of creative practice: finding a point of view, developing a distinctive visual identity, navigating an evolving industry, and understanding where technology — including AI — can become part of the creative process without replacing the thinking behind the image.

The Chaos Campus Live Show is a monthly platform created by Chaos and Creative Lighting, bringing together artists, studios and creative leaders from across the global CG community.
